3. Data Sharing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TIJARAA, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User Responsibility

You must be 13+ years old to create an account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the items you list.
Illegal items, weapons, regulated substances, and offensive content are strictly prohibited.

3. Role of TIJARAA

TIJARAA is a platform for users to connect. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items sold by users. Transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to ban accounts that engage in scams, harassment, or multiple violations of our community guidelines.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. User-to-User Transactions

Since TIJARAA is a C2C (Customer-to-Customer) marketplace, **TIJARAA does not provide refunds for items purchased from other users.** All sales are final. We encourage buyers to inspect items thoroughly before making payment.

2. Paid Features (Boosts/Ads)

If you purchase a "Featured Ad" or "Boost" from TIJARAA:

Refunds may be issued if the service was not delivered due to a technical error.
No refunds are provided if your ad is removed for violating our Listing Policy.
No refunds are provided for a change of mind after the ad has gone live.

Account Deletion & Data Removal

As per our data safety commitment, users can permanently delete their TIJARAA account and all associated data through the following methods:

Method 1: Via the TIJARAA App

Open the TIJARAA App.
Go to the Account / Profile tab.
Tap on Settings.
Select "Deactivate Account & Delete My Data".
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

Method 2: Via Website Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request below. Our team will verify and process it within 30 days.

Data Deletion FAQ

What is deleted? Your profile, listings, and chat history are wiped from active servers.
What is kept? Legally mandated financial logs (invoices) are kept in an encrypted archive for 5 years as per Indian tax laws.
