- Geo-location Data: We collect your precise location (using GPS or network-based services) with your explicit consent to enable Location-based Search and accurately display properties on the Interactive Property Map View.
- General Location: We collect general location information (e.g., city, country) for analytics and service optimization.

- Real-Time Chat: Messages, images, and other content exchanged between users (buyers, sellers, and agents) through the real-time chat module are stored to facilitate communication and provide support.

- Personalization: To personalize the User experience, improve the App's features, and recommend relevant listings.
- Security & Administration: To manage the platform via the Secure Laravel Admin Panel, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, and conduct internal analysis (Property Listing Analytics).
