3. Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

FitnessBit maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Sharing or promoting any content that exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.
Violators will be permanently banned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

4. Account Deletion & Data Control

FitnessBit gives you full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data through the following methods:

In-App Method:
Open the app and navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your fitness history, body metrics, and personal profile from our servers.

Web/Email Method:
If you have uninstalled the app, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us at zagainfotech@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your health and location data. Your data is encrypted during transmission and stored on secure servers.

6. CCPA & GDPR Compliance

Users are entitled to the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
